BUILDING PERMIT HOLDERS

Make sure all of the information on the permit is accurate: Name, Phone number, etc. If it isn’t correct let us know!
It is your responsibility to call for inspections when required. These are listed on your permit
Post the sign in a visible area of your construction site
You may start your construction once the Building Permit has been paid for
Your permit will expire if no construction has started within 6 months
If progressed construction is inactive for a year or more your permit will be renewed and you will be required to pay a fee
If changes are made to the approved plan you must notify the Building Department
*there may be a fee associated with major changes
